Is my data private?
Your entire cellar lives in your personal iCloud account. No servers, no accounts, no tracking — we never see your collection or your notes. The only thing that touches our backend is the AI label-scan call, which sends the photo and OCR text, and even that stays anonymous via a rotating device ID.
Does it work offline?
Completely. Your whole cellar is browsable and editable without a connection — iCloud simply catches up whenever you're back online. The AI label scanner requires internet for the identification call, but manual entries and every other feature work fine offline.
Can I import from CellarTracker, Vivino, or a spreadsheet?
Yes — CSV import and export are both built in. Bring your wines, vintages, quantities, ratings, and notes from CellarTracker, Vivino, or a personal spreadsheet. Every import shows a preview of what's new, what's changing, and exactly which fields will update before anything writes to your cellar — so you can round-trip through Excel for bulk edits without second-guessing. CellarLog then layers in AI-enriched details as you scan or open each bottle.
Do I need an Apple Watch or iPad?
